Our Editorial Principles

We create every piece of content around three commitments:

1. Honesty

We never conflate “scientifically verified” with “part of cultural tradition.” They’re different things, and we keep them separate.
We don’t say “this sound will cure you.” We offer it as a quiet invitation to settle the mind.

2. Gentleness

We don’t use prescriptive language — no “you must” or “you should.”
We write for the person who is exhausted, sleepless, grieving, or simply worn thin. We choose words that sit beside them, not above them.

3. Craft

Every audio track goes through 10+ prototypes before we choose one to publish.
Every article rests for at least three days after writing before we read it again and decide it’s ready.
